Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Registered General Nurse with valid NMBI registration
  • Experience in paediatric, palliative care, or community nursing desirable
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full clean driving licence desirable

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

Salary scale ranges from €37,788 to €56,032 depending on experience, in line with public sector pay grades. This is a specified purpose part-time contract working 32 hours per week. Additional benefits may include annual leave, pension contributions, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Location & Employer Information

This role is based in Dublin South and covers Dublin and surrounding counties. LauraLynn is Ireland’s only children’s hospice, providing specialist palliative care and support services for children with life-limiting conditions and their families.
