Job Overview
This Children’s Disability Network Manager role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and develop multidisciplinary disability services within Corlann South. Based in Cork/Kerry, this position focuses on delivering high-quality, family-centred care to children with complex needs while managing a dedicated team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and operational management for the Children’s Disability Network Team
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, family-centred services in line with national standards
- Manage multidisciplinary staff, including recruitment, supervision, and performance management
- Oversee service planning, resource allocation, and budget management
- Drive service improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with governance frameworks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community services
- Ensure adherence to safeguarding, clinical governance, and quality assurance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification in healthcare, social care, or allied health discipline
- Significant management experience in disability or children’s services
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Irish healthcare frameworks and disability service models
- Proven ability to manage budgets and service delivery targets
- Full clean driving licence may be required
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
The salary scale for this role ranges from €90,076 to €99,140, depending on experience and progression within the scale. This is a temporary specified purpose whole-time position working 35 hours per week.
