Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and clinical supervision within the surgical hub
- Coordinate and manage nursing staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintain high standards of patient care and safety
- Support staff development, mentoring, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and HSE standards
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
- Contribute to service planning and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered General Nurse with active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Significant post-registration experience in theatre nursing
- Demonstrated leadership and management capability
- Strong clinical decision-making and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale: €62,078 – €78,443 (based on HSE Clinical Nurse Manager II scale, inclusive of LSI increments).
