The Health Service Executive is seeking experienced Senior Dietitians to join primary care networks across Kerry and Cork. These roles offer an opportunity to lead and deliver high-quality dietetic services across a range of care areas including chronic disease, primary care, and mental health. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced dietetic assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Provide leadership and clinical supervision to junior staff
- Support service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Apply behaviour change techniques to support patient outcomes
- Manage complex caseloads across community settings
- Contribute to service planning and evaluation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Recognised qualification in Dietetics
- Registration with CORU (or eligibility to register)
- Significant post-qualification experience in dietetic services
- Demonstrated experience in lifestyle and behaviour change interventions
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in primary care, chronic disease, paediatrics, or mental health desirable
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary scale: €64,551 – €76,007 (aligned with public sector pay scales)
