Job Overview
The C.S.S.D Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the sterile services department, ensuring effective decontamination, sterilisation, and distribution of medical equipment. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all activities within the Hospital Sterile Services Department
- Ensure compliance with decontamination and sterilisation standards and protocols
- Manage workflow to meet clinical demand across hospital departments
- Monitor quality assurance systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Train, support, and guide staff in best practices and procedures
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functionality and servicing
- Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in HSSD and decontamination services
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of relevant sterile services experience
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Relevant training or certification in sterile services is desirable
