Key Responsibilities
- Lead the operational management of Children’s Disability Network services within Mayo.

- Drive service improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with HSE policies and standards.
- Manage resources, staffing, and service planning effectively.
- Develop collaborative relationships with families, community services, and external stakeholders.
- Monitor service performance and contribute to strategic planning and reporting.
- Promote best practice approaches in disability care and child-centred service delivery.
- Support governance, quality assurance, and risk management processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated depth and breadth of experience in providing services to children and families living with a disability.
- Strong leadership and operational management experience within healthcare or disability services.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary or integrated care environments.
- Knowledge of disability services, governance, and quality standards within the Irish healthcare system.
- Ability to lead service development and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Relevant professional qualifications and eligibility requirements as outlined by the HSE.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary will be aligned with the HSE Children’s Disability Network Manager Grade 6010 pay scale. This is a permanent whole-time position offering access to public sector benefits including annual leave, pension scheme participation, and ongoing professional development opportunities.
