Job Overview
The Finance Manager will support the financial operations of Corlann Disability Services across the West Region. Working closely with senior leadership teams, the successful applicant will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, governance, and operational finance functions while ensuring compliance with HSE and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage financial operations for Corlann West Region services
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and management accounts

- Ensure compliance with HSE financial governance and reporting requirements
- Monitor expenditure and identify opportunities for cost efficiencies
- Provide financial analysis and performance insights to senior management
- Coordinate audits and maintain strong internal financial controls

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant finance, accounting, or business qualification
- Previous experience in financial management or senior finance roles
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting, and financial governance

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience within healthcare, public sector, or disability services is desirable
