About the Role
Corlann (BOCSI) is seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join its Disability Services team in Gort, County Galway. These positions offer an opportunity to support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence, inclusion, and quality of life within their community.
The successful candidates will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing person-centred support and assisting service users in meeting their individual goals and daily living needs.
Positions Available
- 3 Permanent Full-Time Support Worker positions
- 1 Specified Purpose Full-Time Support Worker position
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality person-centred support to individuals with disabilities.
- Assist service users with daily living activities and community participation.
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice.
- Support the implementation of individual care and support plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and relevant professionals.
