A leading global technology firm is hiring a SAP SuccessFactors Integration (CPI) Consultant in Dublin for a permanent, hybrid role. Role Overview
Joining TCS’s IT Service Delivery team, you will take ownership of SAP SuccessFactors integrations with supporting business systems. Working in close collaboration with IT and business stakeholders, you will manage both ongoing operations and project-based delivery, ensuring seamless integration across a global organisational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, create, implement, and operate security procedures and system access management across all SAP modules.
- Configure applications to meet client requirements while providing best-practice guidance on business processes.
- Design, implement, and support complex business processes within an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Develop and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces between cloud systems, SuccessFactors, and third-party platforms.
- Configure and extend standard iFlows; define custom iFlows, local and exception sub-processes, and exception handling.
- Support Employee Life Cycle Management processes within a global organisation.
- Stay current with bi-annual SuccessFactors upgrades and ensure clients are supported through each release cycle.
Requirements
Essential:
- Certification in SAP CPI (mandatory).
- Demonstrated experience developing inbound and outbound interfaces to and from the cloud with SuccessFactors and related products.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CPI iFlow configuration and extension.
- Experience defining custom iFlows, local and exception sub-processes, and exception handling.
- Minimum of two completed integration projects using SAP CPI.
- Proven experience with SuccessFactors APIs — both SOAP and OData.
- At least one full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementation, or involvement in two SuccessFactors support engagements.
Desirable:
- Certification in one or more additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience conducting discovery sessions with clients to map current-state processes and define future-state requirements.
- Knowledge of JavaScript for scripting within complex integration scenarios.
- Experience integrating SuccessFactors with both ERP and non-ERP systems.

Location
