Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) is seeking an experienced Children’s Disability Network Manager to lead a Children’s Disability Network Team in Waterford. This permanent whole-time leadership opportunity offers the chance to shape integrated, family-centred disability services while supporting children and young people with complex needs to access high-quality care and supports across their communities.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Community Integration, the Children’s Disability Network Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team delivering Children’s Disability Network services. The successful candidate will foster an inclusive, collaborative culture that places children, young people, and families at the centre of service delivery while ensuring services are equitable, integrated, and aligned with national policy and best practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and operational management of the Children’s Disability Network Team.
  • Promote integrated, family-centred services for children and young people with complex needs.
  • Lead, develop, and support multidisciplinary staff to achieve high-quality service delivery.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement, governance, and service performance.
  • Build effective partnerships with families, communities, statutory agencies, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure services uphold children’s rights, equality, inclusion, and person-centred practice.
  • Support strategic planning, resource management, and service development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualifications and professional experience appropriate to the role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and management experience within health or disability services.
  • Strong understanding of integrated care, disability services, and multidisciplinary team management.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A values-driven leadership approach with a commitment to quality, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland and satisfy all pre-employment requirements.

Salary

€90,977 – €100,131 per annum (HSE-aligned Children’s Disability Network Manager Grade 6010, 7-point scale, plus LSIs where applicable). As Central Remedial Clinic is a Section 38 organisation, remuneration follows the HSE consolidated salary scales effective 1 June 2026.

Location

This position is based in Waterford within the HSE Dublin and South East health region. The successful candidate will lead services that support children and families across the local community while working collaboratively with multidisciplinary colleagues and partner organisations.
