As an experienced Microsoft 365 Contractor, you will take ownership of migrating and optimizing legacy infrastructures, playing a direct role in shaping the organisation’s future.
You will spearhead multi-disciplinary IT projects, collaborating with departments such as Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Applications, and Governance. A proven track record in handling complex system integrations and change management processes is crucial.
We expect advanced skills in server provisioning, cloning, and hypervisor-based deployment. The ability to design and implement seamless server migrations in VMware or Hyper-V environments is essential.
You will maintain and optimize SAN infrastructure—ensuring high availability, redundancy, and data integrity. Tasks include LUN management, firmware upgrades, and RAID configurations, along with routine capacity planning.
Your primary mission will be leading the migration from Exchange 2019 on-premises to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online. You must demonstrate experience with:
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 apps and services, including Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, and SharePoint Online, is required. You will configure, monitor, and secure cloud-based collaboration tools while maintaining seamless integration with legacy systems.
You will manage Certificate Authorities (CAs), including issuing and renewing SSL/TLS certificates, configuring certificate auto-enrollment, and ensuring PKI best practices across internal and public-facing services.
You will configure and maintain modern SharePoint Online sites, enforce information architecture, set up metadata tagging, and optimize document libraries for team collaboration. Expertise in:

This is a Dublin-based role, and candidates must be available to work on-site as needed. Hybrid working may be considered based on project phase.
This is a full-time position (typically 37-39 hours/week), with occasional extended hours during migration cutovers or critical incidents.
