TUSLA – Child and Family Agency is Ireland’s dedicated child protection and welfare agency, committed to improving outcomes for children and families. We are seeking an experienced HR SAP Super User to join our dynamic team in Dublin 8, offering a permanent wholetime position with excellent career development opportunities.
About the Role
This Grade V HR SAP Super User position offers an exciting opportunity to lead SAP system management and optimization within Ireland’s national child and family agency. You will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations and ensuring efficient system functionality across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SAP HR modules to ensure optimal system performance and data integrity
- Provide expert SAP support and training to HR team members and end users across the organization
- Configure and customize SAP HR functionality to meet organizational requirements and compliance standards
- Troubleshoot complex SAP issues and coordinate with technical teams for system enhancements
- Develop and maintain SAP documentation, procedures, and user guides for HR processes
- Lead SAP upgrade projects and system implementations in collaboration with IT and external vendors
- Generate comprehensive HR reports and analytics using SAP reporting tools and business intelligence platforms
Required Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Third level qualification in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working with SAP HR modules (SuccessFactors, Employee Central, or similar)
- Proven experience in SAP configuration, customization, and user support within HR environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Current employment with HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies, or statutory health agencies (as per WRC Agreement 161867)
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP HR certification or specialized training in relevant modules
- Experience with SAP reporting tools and data analytics platforms
- Knowledge of Irish employment legislation and public sector HR practices
- Project management experience with system implementations or upgrades
- Strong communication and training delivery skills
