The HSE Mid West is recruiting Clerical Officers Grade III to support essential administrative services across healthcare facilities in Limerick, Clare, and North Tipperary. These permanent, whole-time roles are vital to the effective delivery of patient and operational services.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive clerical and administrative support
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
• Process correspondence, reports, and documentation
• Deal professionally with internal and external enquiries
• Support service managers and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification
• Strong administrative and organisational skills
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous clerical experience desirable
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary in line with HSE Clerical Officer Grade III (0609) pay scale (Department of Health consolidated scales effective 1 August 2025)
