An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1 to join the Occupational Health service in Dublin North. This leadership role is central to delivering high-quality occupational health nursing services and supporting staff wellbeing across HSE services.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate Occupational Health nursing services
- Support clinical governance, quality, and risk management
- Supervise and support nursing staff and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Contribute to health surveillance, vaccination programmes, and case management
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and legislation
- Participate in service planning, audit, and continuous improvement
- Act as a clinical and professional role model within Occupational Health
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registration as a Nurse or Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland
- Relevant post-registration experience appropriate to Occupational Health
- Management or leadership experience at senior staff nurse or equivalent level
- Evidence of continuing professional development
- Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary is in line with the HSE Clinical Nurse Manager 1 (Grade 2127) payscale, ranging from €56,642 to €66,705 per annum (pro rata for part-time), based on the 1 August 2025 consolidated salary scales.
Benefits include public service pension, annual leave entitlement, and access to professional development.
Posts are available on a permanent whole-time, permanent part-time, specified purpose whole-time, or specified purpose part-time basis.
Location & Employer Information
The post is based in Occupational Health, Dublin North, 2nd Floor, Block 10-1, Blanchardstown Corporate Park, Ballycoolen, Dublin 15.
The post-holder may be required to work in other service areas within the city and county as service needs arise.
A panel may be formed to fill current and future vacancies.
