An exciting senior leadership opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 within Mental Health Intellectual Disability services in Dublin North. This permanent wholetime post offers the chance to provide strategic clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care across services while supporting multidisciplinary teams and service development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide senior clinical and professional leadership within mental health intellectual disability services
• Ensure governance, quality, and safety standards are met in line with HSE and regulatory requirements
• Lead service planning, change management, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Manage staffing, rostering, performance, and professional development of nursing teams
• Promote service user-centred care, advocacy, and inclusion
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary and interagency partners
• Contribute to policy development and implementation at local and regional level

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Registration as a Nurse with NMBI on the appropriate division
• Significant post-registration experience in mental health and/or intellectual disability services
• Management qualification or willingness to undertake same
• Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
• Strong knowledge of governance, quality, and risk management frameworks
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
