The Health Service Executive is seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager II (Children’s Liaison Community Nurse) to join the North Kildare Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT). This permanent, part-time (0.5 WTE) leadership role focuses on coordinating high-quality, family-centred care for children with complex needs across community settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader to contribute to integrated paediatric disability services within the Dublin and Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical and professional leadership within the Children’s Disability Network Team
• Coordinate and oversee liaison nursing services for children and families
• Support multidisciplinary collaboration across health and community services
• Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based, child- and family-centred care
• Supervise, support and develop nursing staff within the service
• Contribute to service planning, quality improvement and governance
• Maintain compliance with HSE policies, standards and reporting requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration as a Nurse on the live Register of Nurses maintained by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Minimum post-registration experience as outlined in the Job Specification
• Experience working with children and families in community or disability services
• Demonstrated leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade: Clinical Nurse Manager II (Grade Code 2119)
• Salary Scale: In line with HSE consolidated salary scales (pro-rata for 0.5 WTE)
• Contract: Permanent, part-time (0.5 WTE)
