Job Overview
The successful candidate will provide strategic clinical leadership within Mental Health Services across HSE Mid West. Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and clinical leadership within designated mental health service areas

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registered Psychiatric Nurse with active registration on the appropriate division of the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
- Significant clinical and leadership experience within mental health services
- Strong communication, organisational, and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage service delivery effectively
- Experience in quality improvement and clinical governance is desirable
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary healthcare settings
- Commitment to delivering compassionate and recovery-focused mental health care
