The HSE West and North West region is recruiting Community Healthcare Network Managers to support the delivery of integrated primary and community care services across Donegal. This senior leadership role plays a key part in population-based service planning, governance, and service improvement at local network level.

This is an internal competition, open only to eligible public sector health employees under WRC Agreement 161867.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational and strategic leadership to Community Healthcare Networks
• Coordinate multidisciplinary primary care and community health services
• Manage service planning, performance, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure governance, risk management, and compliance with HSE policies
• Lead and support staff, fostering integrated and patient-centred care
• Collaborate with regional and national stakeholders to meet service objectives
• Manage budgets, workforce planning, and service reporting requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Eligibility restricted to employees of the HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies, or statutory health agencies
• Relevant professional qualification and significant management experience in health or social care
• Demonstrated leadership in community or primary care settings
• Strong knowledge of Irish health service structures and reform programmes
• Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary: In line with Community Healthcare Network Manager Grade 6011 (HSE consolidated pay scales)
