The Central Remedial Clinic (CRC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Disability Staff Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team in Clondalkin, Dublin. This permanent part-time role supports adults and children with disabilities, delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care within a community setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to service users with physical and intellectual disabilities
• Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life through person-centred practice
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues including therapists, social workers, and medical staff
• Administer medications and monitor clinical outcomes in line with CRC and HSE policies
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
• Support service users and families through education and advocacy
• Adhere to safeguarding, infection control, and clinical governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration as a General Nurse with NMBI
• Experience in disability, community, or rehabilitation nursing (desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to continuous professional development
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
