Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) is seeking an Electronic Health Record (EHR) Application Support Analyst (Grade IV) to support and maintain mission-critical digital health systems across its services. This role is central to ensuring reliable, safe, and efficient EHR functionality for clinical and administrative users. The post is based in Dublin and supports a nationally significant paediatric healthcare organisation.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day application support for CHI’s Electronic Health Record systems
• Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve EHR application incidents and service requests
• Work closely with clinical, administrative, and ICT stakeholders to optimise system use
• Support system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and deployments
• Maintain accurate documentation, procedures, and user guidance
• Participate in change management, data quality, and system governance processes
• Liaise with vendors and third-party suppliers where required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification in ICT, Health Informatics, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrable experience supporting complex business or clinical applications
• Strong understanding of EHR or healthcare information systems (desirable)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment
• Experience within public sector or healthcare ICT environments is advantageous
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary: In line with Grade IV public sector salary scale, as approved by the Department of Health
• Working Hours: Full-time, wholetime contract
