Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

Perform a range of non-invasive cardiac diagnostic tests including ECG, echocardiography, and stress testing
Assist in invasive cardiology procedures where required
Ensure accurate recording, analysis, and reporting of cardiac data
Maintain and calibrate cardiac diagnostic equipment
Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to support patient care
Adhere to HSE clinical guidelines and safety standards
Participate in ongoing professional development and training

Required Skills & Qualifications

Relevant qualification in Cardiac Physiology or Clinical Measurement Science
Eligibility for registration with CORU or equivalent professional body
Experience in cardiac diagnostics in a hospital setting is desirable
Strong analytical and technical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to continuous professional development

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

Salary scale: €44,776 – €66,048 per annum (with additional Long Service Increments).

Permanent whole-time position based on standard HSE working hours.
