Job Overview
This is a senior leadership opportunity to join Corlann South as a Children’s Disability Network Manager, overseeing the delivery of high-quality, family-centred disability services. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading multidisciplinary teams and ensuring effective service coordination for children and families across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a Children’s Disability Network Team to deliver integrated, person-centred services
- Oversee service planning, development, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with national policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage staff performance, recruitment, and professional development
- Collaborate with families, stakeholders, and partner organisations
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation effectively
- Drive quality assurance and service evaluation processes
- Support strategic planning and implementation at regional level
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification in health or social care
- Significant management experience within disability or healthcare services
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in service development and quality improvement
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Knowledge of Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) model is desirable
- Full driving licence and access to transport may be required
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
This is a specified purpose, whole-time role working 35 hours per week.
Salary scale: €90,076 – €99,140 (incremental scale including €90,076, €91,551, €93,023, €94,572, €96,204, €97,834, €99,140).
