Job Overview
The Children’s Disability Network Manager will lead and coordinate the Finglas Children’s Disability Network Team, currently based at Ashgrove House, Navan Road, Dublin 7. This senior leadership role is central to delivering high-quality, family-centred disability services for children and young people across Dublin North.
This position offers an opportunity to shape service delivery, drive clinical and operational excellence, and support multidisciplinary teams in providing integrated care within the HSE Dublin and North East region.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Children’s Disability Network Team.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, safe, and effective services to children and families.
- Lead and support multidisciplinary staff, fostering collaboration and professional development.
- Manage service planning, performance monitoring, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Oversee governance, risk management, and compliance with HSE policies and national standards.
- Engage with families, stakeholders, and partner agencies to enhance integrated service provision.
- Contribute to regional and national service development initiatives within disability services.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant professional qualification in health or social care.
- Significant senior management experience within disability, health, or social care services.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills.
- Demonstrated experience in service development and performance management.
- In-depth understanding of governance, quality standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale: €90,076 – €99,140 per annum (incremental scale: €90,076, €91,551, €93,023, €94,572, €96,204, €97,834, €99,140).

Location & Employer Information
This role is based with the Finglas Children’s Disability Network Team at Ashgrove House, Navan Road, Dublin 7, within the HSE Dublin and North East region (covering North Dublin, Meath, Louth, Cavan, and Monaghan).
The team operates within a multidisciplinary framework, delivering coordinated disability services that promote inclusion, participation, and positive outcomes for children and their families.
