Job Overview
This Clinical Nurse Manager 2 Dublin role offers a senior leadership opportunity within St Luke’s Radiation Oncology Network, with a specialist focus on resuscitation training, governance, and clinical safety. You will lead best practice in emergency response, ensuring staff competence, compliance, and high-quality patient outcomes in a complex oncology setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coordinate resuscitation training programmes across the service
• Ensure compliance with national and local resuscitation guidelines
• Act as clinical expert and advisor in emergency response situations
• Support audit, quality improvement, and clinical governance initiatives
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient safety
• Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
• Contribute to policy development and service planning
• Maintain accurate records and reports related to resuscitation activity
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
• Minimum of 5 years post-registration nursing experience
• Relevant management qualification or willingness to undertake same
• Demonstrated experience in resuscitation training or clinical education
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Evidence of ongoing professional development
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary Scale: €61,463 – €77,666 per annum (pro-rata), in line with HSE Clinical Nurse Manager 2 pay scales effective 1 August 2025
• Contract: Permanent, Part-Time
