The Dental Surgeon General Cork position offers an excellent opportunity to join HSE South West in a permanent part-time or permanent wholetime capacity. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive general dental services in line with HSE policies and clinical standards
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of dental conditions
- Deliver preventative and restorative dental care

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Registration with the Dental Council of Ireland
- Recognised dental qualification suitable for registration in Ireland
- Demonstrated experience in general dental practice
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Commitment to delivering patient-centred care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Salary Scale (Grade 1597 – General Dental Surgeon) effective 1 February 2026:
- €74,821 – €108,463 per annum (pro-rata for part-time roles)

Location & Employer Information
