This junior management position supports key operational, analytical, and governance functions across ICT, HR, Finance, Legal, Strategy & Transformation, and Health & Wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
• Analyse proposals, reports, and data to support evidence-based decisions.
• Prepare high-quality submissions, briefings, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Plan and coordinate people and resources to achieve organisational targets.
• Support workforce capability through coaching, mentoring, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and accountability across assigned tasks.
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects within agreed timelines and resource parameters.
• Apply legislation, regulations, and frameworks to uphold governance standards.
• Assist in preparing responses to statutory bodies and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and deliver defined programmes of work and project outputs.
• Manage administrative processes such as leave, performance tracking, and workflow oversight.
• Represent the organisation at meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support organisational priorities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential criteria (by closing date):
• NFQ Level 6 qualification OR at least two years’ experience in administrative, operational, or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in database systems and the full Microsoft Office suite.
• Demonstrated ability to use digital tools to enhance reporting, workflows, and decision-making.
