The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a Temporary Grade V HR/SAP/OM Officer to support HR, SAP, and Organisation Management functions at University Hospital Waterford. This internal-only role is open to eligible staff within the HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies, or statutory health agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR, SAP, and Organisation Management (OM) administrative support.
• Maintain accurate employee data and organisational structures within SAP/OM.
• Assist with HR queries, documentation, and campaign processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
• Support compliance with national HR policies and protocols.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR and OM processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Current employment within HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agency, or statutory health agency (per WRC Agreement 161867).
• Experience in HR, SAP or OM administration is desirable.
• Strong organisational, communication, and data-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Confidentiality, discretion, and accuracy in handling HR information.
• Competence with IT systems and HR software.

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade V (0566) salary scale applies.
• Specified Purpose Wholetime contract.
• Full HSE benefits including pension, leave entitlements, and public-sector conditions.

Location & Employer Information
This role is based at University Hospital Waterford, within the HSE Dublin and South East region.
