Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior administrative support across hospital and community service functions
- Coordinate HR, recruitment, and workforce administration processes
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for management
- Support service planning, governance, and compliance requirements
- Manage data systems, records, and performance reporting
- Liaise with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to HSE policies, procedures, and best practice standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Eligibility restricted to employees of the HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 agencies, or statutory health agencies (WRC Agreement 161867)
- Relevant administrative or management experience in a healthcare or public sector setting
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Experience managing complex administrative workloads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare information systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary scale for this Grade V role ranges from €52,235 to €62,485 per annum, with incremental progression and Long Service Increments (LSIs) applicable in line with HSE pay scales.
