The Health Service Executive (HSE) is seeking a Grade VII Housing Co-Ordinator to support Adult Mental Health Services across the Sligo, Leitrim, and Donegal areas. This permanent and specified-purpose role offers an opportunity to lead housing coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality-focused service delivery within Community Healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
• Co-ordinate housing supports in line with Adult Mental Health Service requirements
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Support quality improvement, governance, and service-development initiatives
• Provide leadership in housing-related case management
• Ensure compliance with statutory, organisational, and best-practice standards
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management teams
• Represent the service in interagency forums as required
• Maintain accurate records and support audit processes
• Travel between sites as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Eligibility restricted to HSE, TUSLA, Section 38, or statutory health agency employees
• Experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes
• Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage complex caseloads
• Full clean driving licence and access to own transport
• Experience within Mental Health Services is an advantage
