Job Overview
The Health Service Executive is seeking applications for the position of Multi Task Attendant Intellectual Disabilities within HSE Dublin and South East. These permanent roles support adults in intellectual disability services across Wicklow and South Dublin, delivering high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support adults with intellectual disabilities in their daily living activities
- Assist with personal care, hygiene, and mobility needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Transport service users to activities and social outings using service vehicles
- Work collaboratively with nursing and multidisciplinary teams
- Promote dignity, independence, and inclusion at all times
- Follow all HSE policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with children or adults in a disability or social care setting
- Full clean driving licence (essential) to operate service vehicles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team in a residential or respite setting
- Commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding standards
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
Salary Scale: €36,288 – €45,484 per annum (Attendant – Multi-Task Grade 6015 scale)
Appointments will be made in line with public sector pay policy and relevant experience. Permanent whole-time and part-time positions are available.
