Zetta Home Services in Drogheda is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support its Solar PV division. This permanent, full-time role focuses on project coordination, SEAI grant management, scheduling, and customer communication within a fast-growing renewable energy environment. Salary is €32,000 per year with in-person work on site.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage SEAI Solar PV Grant applications with full compliance and accurate documentation
• Organise and update solar project files, site reports, and installation records
• Assist with internal monthly reporting on installations, grants, and project progress
• Coordinate O&M service visits and track warranty/maintenance contracts
• Prepare technical documentation and customer information packs for engineers
• Support tender submissions and maintain tender documentation libraries
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing informed Solar PV support
• Log, track, and update customer appointments and project stages in internal systems
• Schedule sales consultations, site surveys, and installation dates
• Maintain excellent communication standards and project accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of SEAI Solar PV Grants and documentation (required)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration or sales support
• Direct experience managing SEAI Solar PV Grant applications (mandatory)
• Experience in solar PV or renewable energy preferred
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• High level of organisation with ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail for technical and grant-related documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
