Job Overview

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working within the Intellectual Disability or social care sector is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly across relief schedules and varying service requirements
- Commitment to person-centred care and community inclusion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of safeguarding and health and safety practices
- Relevant healthcare, social care, or community support qualifications are advantageous
- Full clean driving licence may be beneficial depending on service requirements
