Key Responsibilities
• Provide advanced psychological assessment, formulation and intervention
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic approaches across assigned clinical areas
• Offer consultation and guidance to multidisciplinary teams
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
• Supervise junior psychologists and trainees where required
• Engage in audit, research and professional development activities
• Uphold HSE standards, policies and codes of professional practice
Required Skills & Qualifications
• A recognised postgraduate qualification in Clinical, Counselling or Educational Psychology
• Professional qualification must be validated by the Department of Health
• Full professional accreditation (or eligibility) with the relevant regulatory/professional body
• Minimum required post-qualification experience for senior grade
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams
• Strong clinical formulation, assessment and intervention skills
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational capabilities
