Job Overview
The Support Worker will provide high-quality, person-centred support to individuals attending disability services in Ennis. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assist service users in achieving personal goals, promoting independence, and enhancing quality of life in line with organisational values and national standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and support in accordance with individual care plans.
- Assist service users with daily living activities, personal care, and community integration.
- Support individuals in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
- Promote dignity, respect, and choice at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards.
- Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Adhere to safeguarding, health and safety, and organisational policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Social Care, Healthcare Support, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work part-time hours as required.
- Full clean driving licence may be required.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.

- Salary aligned with public sector pay scales for Care Assistant (Disability Services) Grade 6482.
