The HSE South West Immunisation Service is recruiting a Grade VII Operations and Business Manager to provide strategic operational, financial, and governance leadership. This senior role supports the delivery and performance of vaccination services across the South West region, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality public health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational and business leadership for the SSW Immunisation Service
• Oversee service planning, performance management, and reporting frameworks
• Manage budgets, financial controls, and resource allocation
• Support governance, risk management, and compliance with HSE policies
• Lead and support multidisciplinary administrative and operational teams
• Drive service improvement, efficiency, and quality initiatives
• Liaise with senior management, clinicians, and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Eligibility under the WRC Agreement 161867 (HSE, TUSLA, Section 38 or statutory health agency employee)
• Significant management experience at senior administrative or operational level
• Proven experience in service planning, governance, and financial management
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage complex workloads in a public health environment
• Experience within healthcare or public sector settings is highly desirable
