Naas General Hospital is seeking an experienced Grade VII Patient Experience Manager to lead and embed patient-centred improvement initiatives across services. This senior management role plays a key part in shaping how patients and service users experience care within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage patient experience and engagement projects within a healthcare setting
• Drive service improvement initiatives informed by patient feedback and experience data
• Work collaboratively with clinical, managerial, and external stakeholders
• Partner with patients and service users in co-designing improvements
• Support quality and patient safety objectives at hospital level
• Provide leadership, reporting, and governance for assigned programmes
• Contribute to strategic planning within Quality & Patient Safety structures
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience leading and managing projects in a healthcare or social care environment
• Demonstrated collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Proven experience leading improvement initiatives for patient care
• Background in a front-line health or social care provider role
• Eligibility to work within the Irish public health service (internal candidates only)
