The Health Service Executive is seeking a Grade VII Policies, Protocols, Procedures and Guidelines Manager to join the HSE Mid West. This permanent wholetime role plays a key part in strengthening governance, standardisation, and compliance across services in Limerick, Tipperary and Clare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review and implementation of policies, protocols and guidelines
• Ensure alignment with national HSE standards, legislation and best practice
• Support governance structures and quality assurance processes
• Advise senior management on policy compliance and risk management
• Coordinate consultation, approval and dissemination of documentation
• Monitor implementation and audit adherence across services
• Provide reports and recommendations to management and stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant third-level qualification at Level 8 or higher
• Significant experience in policy development, governance or health service management
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks
• Excellent analytical, organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours

• Salary: HSE Grade VII salary scale (0582) in line with public sector pay agreements
• Contract: Permanent wholetime
