The Health Service Executive is seeking an experienced Grade VII Quality, Risk and Patient Safety Strategy Improvement Coordinator to support the delivery of high-quality, safe patient care across the Dublin and South East region. This strategic role will focus on governance, quality improvement, and risk management initiatives aligned with national HSE priorities.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the development and implementation of Quality, Risk and Patient Safety strategies
• Coordinate quality improvement and patient safety initiatives across services
• Monitor compliance with national standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Analyse incidents, risks, and trends to inform service improvement
• Prepare reports, briefings, and performance metrics for senior management
• Support clinical and corporate teams in risk management processes
• Contribute to audits, reviews, and service evaluations
• Promote a culture of continuous quality improvement and patient safety
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification (Level 8 or higher) in healthcare, quality, risk, or related discipline
• Significant experience in quality, risk management, patient safety, or healthcare governance
• Strong analytical, reporting, and organisational skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience within the Irish health service or public sector is desirable
