Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior administrative and operational support across healthcare services within HSE Mid West.
- Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent workstreams within required deadlines.
- Prepare professional documents including reports, correspondence, parliamentary questions, media briefings, and FOI responses.
- Engage collaboratively with internal departments, healthcare teams, and external stakeholders.
- Support service improvement initiatives and organisational objectives.
- Assist with governance, compliance, and operational reporting requirements.
- Contribute to the effective delivery of integrated healthcare services across the region.
- Maintain high standards of communication, organisation, and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Significant administrative experience within a busy service environment.
- Strong experience working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work within strict deadlines.
- Experience preparing professional documents such as reports, letters, parliamentary questions, FOI responses, and media briefings.
