✨ Role Overview

As a Health Care Assistant in Home Support, you will:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their homes
• Support individuals with personal care, household tasks and daily routines
• Work collaboratively with the Home Support Manager and wider healthcare team

• Assisting with hygiene, dressing, mobility and nutrition
• Supporting clients with everyday living activities and household tasks
• Maintaining clear records of care and communicating any changes in client condition
• Ensuring client dignity, privacy and independence at all times

• Demonstrated experience in a caring role, either formal or informal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable personal transport to fulfill travel requirements throughout Mayo
