Healthcare Assistant Home Support roles are now available on a permanent part-time basis across County Wexford. These positions support individuals to remain living independently in their own homes, delivering essential personal and practical care services within the community. This role plays a vital part in community-based healthcare delivery within the HSE Dublin and South East region.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide personal care support including hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistance
• Assist service users with daily living activities in their own homes
• Support independence, dignity, and quality of life for clients
• Follow individual care plans and HSE policies and procedures
• Observe and report changes in clients’ conditions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary community teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in a caring role, either formal or informal
• Genuine interest in community and home-based care
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Respect for confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Eligibility to work in Ireland
