An exciting senior HR leadership opportunity has arisen for a Human Resource Manager Grade VIII within the HSE Dublin and North East region. This role plays a key part in shaping workforce strategy, supporting service delivery, and leading HR initiatives across a complex healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage HR operations and strategic workforce planning
• Provide expert advice on employee relations, industrial relations, and change management
• Support senior management in delivering organisational and service objectives
• Ensure compliance with public sector HR policies and employment legislation
• Drive people development, performance management, and engagement initiatives
• Contribute to regional and national HR projects within the HSE
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Significant senior-level HR management experience
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment and industrial relations frameworks
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work flexibly to meet service demands
• Access to appropriate transport to fulfil role requirements
