Brothers of Charity Services Ireland is seeking a Project Coordinator to support national and regional initiatives across its services. This part-time, fixed-term role plays a key role in coordinating projects that enhance quality, governance, and service delivery within a large, publicly funded organisation.
Table of Contents
The position offers flexibility in location, with bases available across multiple regional offices and occasional travel to the National Head Office in Galway.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and support the delivery of assigned projects across multiple regions
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for senior management
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to support project outcomes
• Assist with data collection, analysis, and quality improvement initiatives
• Support compliance with governance, safeguarding, and quality standards
• Organise meetings, workshops, and project-related communications
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Relevant third-level qualification or equivalent experience in project coordination or administration
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Experience working in a complex organisation or public sector environment
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Grade: Clerical/Administrative Grade V (0566)
• Salary: In line with Department of Health consolidated salary scales (August 2025), pro rata for part-time hours
• Contract: Specified purpose, part-time, pensionable, fixed-term for 24 months

Location & Employer Information
The role can be based in any Brothers of Charity Services Ireland regional office, including Waterford, Cork, Limerick, Clare, Galway, or Roscommon. Occasional travel to the National Head Office in Clarinbridge, Co. Galway will be required.
