Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality clinical care to patients under the supervision of Consultant Haematologists
- Participate in inpatient and outpatient haematology services
- Contribute to diagnostic evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing patient management
- Take part in on-call and rota commitments as required
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Engage in audit, teaching, and continuous professional development
- Work collaboratively with nursing, laboratory, and allied health professionals
Required Skills & Qualifications
Registration on the Irish Medical Council Register
- Eligibility to work in Ireland at Registrar level
- Demonstrated interest or experience in Haematology
- Strong clinical, communication, and organisational skills
- Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
- Salary in line with HSE Registrar (Grade 1538) pay scales effective 1 August 2025
- Indicative salary range: €68,891 – €81,126 per annum (excluding allowances), depending on experience
