Galway University Hospital is recruiting a Scheduled Care Manager at Grade VIII level to support the delivery and performance of scheduled care services. This senior management role focuses on planning, oversight, and delivery of complex change programmes within a large acute hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and deliver scheduled care improvement and change programmes
• Plan and manage performance across services with multiple professional groups
• Analyse complex data and prepare detailed reports to tight deadlines
• Coordinate and prioritise multiple workstreams at the same time
• Work closely with clinical, operational, and senior management teams
• Support governance, reporting, and service planning requirements
• Contribute to regional and national scheduled care objectives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
• Experience delivering change projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Experience planning, managing performance, and delivering results
• Strong data analysis skills with experience preparing detailed reports
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent pieces of work

Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
• Salary in line with HSE Grade VIII (0655) consolidated pay scales
• Permanent whole-time contract
