The HSE Dublin and South East region is currently inviting applications for the position of Senior Orthoptist (Grade 3417) to join the Tipperary South Primary Care Services. This is a permanent, wholetime vacancy based in the Community Care Centre in Clonmel, providing essential services across several locations including the Primary Care Centre in Cashel.

A panel may also be formed as a result of this recruitment campaign to fill future permanent or specified purpose vacancies of full or part-time duration within the HSE South East region.
Salary Scale
- Salary: €63,912 – €75,254 (As per August 2025 Consolidated Pay Scales).
- Appointment will be made in accordance with official Department of Health salary guidelines.
Role Overview
- Deliver a comprehensive orthoptic service to patients within the Tipperary South Primary Care area.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated patient care.
- Support the development and efficiency of Primary Care Services in the Dublin and South East region.
