An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Radiographer to join services in Naas, County Kildare. This role plays a key part in delivering safe, effective, and patient-centred diagnostic imaging within the Health Service Executive Dublin and Midlands region.
Table of Contents
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging in line with professional and safety standards
• Provide clinical leadership and support to radiography staff
• Ensure compliance with radiation protection and quality assurance requirements
• Participate in service development and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Support training, supervision, and mentoring of junior staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Registration with CORU as a Radiographer
• Significant post-qualification experience in diagnostic radiography
• Demonstrated leadership or senior clinical experience
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and clinical governance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
