ICT Services Ireland is seeking a proactive Service Desk Analyst to join its Dublin South operations. This role is ideal for an IT support professional who enjoys troubleshooting, customer interaction, and working within a managed services environment.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing high-quality technical support while contributing to service excellence and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems
• Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate complex issues to second-line support when required
• Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Assist with system updates, onboarding, and routine IT tasks


Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in an IT support or service desk role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITIL principles
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant IT qualification or equivalent experience (desirable)
