Corlann (BOCSI) is recruiting a Social Care Leader to join its disability services team based in Clarinbridge, County Galway. This is a specified purpose wholetime post, open to both HSE and non-HSE applicants. Corlann is a Section 38 organisation providing residential and community-based disability supports.
The Social Care Leader plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day management and oversight of social care services for people with disabilities, working to promote person-centred care, independence, and quality of life.

- Provide leadership and day-to-day supervision to social care staff within the disability service.
- Support the delivery of person-centred care plans in line with HIQA National Standards.
- Assist the person in charge in ensuring regulatory compliance across the service.

Requirements

- Hold a relevant qualification in Social Care, Social Work, or a related discipline (QQI Level 7 or above, or equivalent).
- Have relevant post-qualification experience working in disability or social care services.

- Be familiar with HIQA standards, New Directions policy, and relevant legislation.
- Possess strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.

Salary
Social Care Leader (Grade 3030) — HSE Consolidated Pay Scale, effective 1 June 2026 (DoH Circular 2/2026):
€57,484 – €58,726 – €59,968 – €63,279 – €64,563 – €65,837 – €67,130 per year
