Key Responsibilities
- Deliver senior social work services within CAMHS and Adult Mental Health multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop person-centred care plans
- Support children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health challenges
- Provide advocacy, crisis intervention, and safeguarding support where required
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure integrated care delivery
- Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service audits and reporting requirements
- Participate in case conferences, multidisciplinary meetings, and service development initiatives
- Support best practice standards, clinical governance, and continuous service improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Qualification eligible for CORU registration as a Social Worker
- Previous experience working within CAMHS, Adult Mental Health, or community healthcare settings
- Strong understanding of mental health services, safeguarding, and multidisciplinary care models
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and case management skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and professional practice standards

Salary for this Social Worker, Senior Medical role will be aligned with HSE salary scales for Grade 3019 positions.
